Join us for this business support webinar to explore the People Readiness Maturity Matrix and gain a clear understanding of what it means to be workforce-ready for projects like Sizewell C.
You will learn about the key areas that organisations should focus on to develop, retain and prepare their people, as well as the different stages of readiness businesses may progress through on their journey.
The session will help employers understand what Sizewell C, its Alliance members and tier 1 contractors, expect from their supply chain partners before contracts are awarded and how workforce readiness can support long-term growth and competitiveness.
We’ll also introduce the support available through schemes such as the Energy Readiness Programme, including access to a free Training Needs Analysis and funded training opportunities designed to help businesses identify skills gaps, develop their workforce and prepare for opportunities across the energy sector.
