Sizewell C Community Forums

The Sizewell C teams have established forums and working groups as an additional means for local residents to learn about key issues related to the construction of Sizewell C. Launched in January 2024, the four main forums, comprising the Main Development Site, Southern Transport, Northern Transport, and Annual Community, cover all significant project-related issues and opportunities relevant to the community.

Sizewell C have provided an overview of their site delivery schedule:

Main Site Development Forum

Through this forum, representatives from communities located in the immediate vicinity of Sizewell C’s Main Development Site can raise and discuss construction progress and other key issues affecting the local community.

 

Southern Transport Forum

A forum about road and rail transport issues with representatives from communities located in the immediate vicinity of the Southern Park and Ride Site, Freight Management Facility Site, and the Two Village Bypass Site.

 

Northern Transport Forum

This forum exists to consider and discuss all matters related to road and rail works with representatives from communities located in the immediate vicinity of the Northern Park and Ride Site, Yoxford roundabout and other highway improvement works sites, and Sizewell Link Road.

 

Annual Community Forum

An annual meeting for the East Suffolk community to hear updates on the work of the Main Development Site Forum, the Southern Transport Forum, and the Northern Transport Forum. We’ll discuss key issues and ways to minimise impacts and maximise benefits to those living and working nearby.
